How much does an Eco-friendly home cost?

Having said that, in our experience of more than 10 years of constructing Eco-friendly homes, costs range anywhere between Rs.1800 - Rs.2000 per sqft. This cost includes the civil structure, finishes, sump tank, over head tank, compound wall, and all provisions for Rain water harvesting, Solar power wiring, and waste management.
